The culture

Our principles when embarking in projects

  1. We need space, silence, and collaboration to conceptualize and make things that should exist.
  2. Although we listen carefully, we are independent of the good opinions of others.
  3. In our work, we search to create pauses and build infrastructure for data-driven creativity and innovation along with memorable, focused experiences.
  4. We believe that expressing ourselves through our work is a fundamental human right.
  5. We defend our time to achieve a creative, exciting, and peaceful life.
  6. We create systems, not methods.
  7. We search not for the conventional but rather the meaningful and transcendent.
  8. Our endeavors are highly collaborative and require transdisciplinary teams to bring them to life.
  9. We believe that diversity and the intersection of interests and phenomena from other fields of knowledge will create more engaging life experiences.
  10. We do not limit ourselves to the act of exercising our profession. We see every project as a “piece” regardless of its nature. Designing an innovation lab is as engaging as making a piece of music; the commitment and care are similar; it is just a different outcome.
  11. Through curiosity, discovery, and data-driven creativity, we make ourselves more available and connected to others by building communities, projects, and services to improve people’s lives.
  12. Our creative processes and values translate to other complex endeavors outside conventional constraints.
  13. Integrity, respect, and curiosity are three of our core values.
